Fasting Tracker ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Fasting Tracker mobile application.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information provided by Google.
Fasting Data
We store your fasting sessions, goals, notes, journal entries, and related statistics in Firebase Firestore. This data is linked to your account and used to provide core app functionality.
Contact Submissions
If you use the Contact Us form, we collect the reason, title, message, your user ID, and email address to respond to your inquiry.
Remember Me
If you enable Remember Me on the login screen, your email and password are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you disable the feature.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain fasting tracking features - Authenticate your account and secure your data - Sync your fasting history across sessions - Respond to support requests and feedback - Improve app reliability and user experience
Data Storage and Security
Your fasting data is stored in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. Access to your data is restricted by Firebase security rules so only you can read or write your personal records.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your fasting data with third parties except as required to operate the app (e.g., Firebase infrastructure providers) or as required by law.
Your Choices
You may:
- Update or delete fasting records within the app - Sign out at any time from Settings - Disable Remember Me to remove locally stored credentials - Contact Us to request account-related assistance
Children's Privacy
Fasting Tracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
